RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. RICHER ROYAL return/exchange policy allows you to apply for a return or exchange of items purchased on our online store, provided the request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. A return or exchange request can be made by signing in to your account. After signing in, go to the Order Page, select the product you wish to exchange or return, and submit the request.
3. A return request can also be submitted to exchange a product. Once the request is submitted, one of our representatives will contact you to gather additional details about your return or exchange and provide the further steps to complete the process.
4. Return or exchange requests can also be raised by contacting RICHER ROYAL customer care at +91 9457007706 (via call or WhatsApp) or by emailing us at richerroyalcollection@gmail.com. Requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery for further assistance.
5. Once the return/exchange request is approved, we will arrange a pick-up from the delivery address. In the meantime, keep the product in its original condition with all accessories until pickup.
6. Please return the products in their original condition including the accessories, tag, and packaging.
7. You are welcome to try on the product but do take adequate measures to preserve its original condition.
